He's backhills, backwoods, backwards ...and he's hilarious! Fuster Buskins, the homespun country comic from Klufford's Hollar, Tennessee began his professional entertainment career at Dollywood. Upon hiring him as a character for a new addition to the park, Dollywood management soon recognized his comedic as well as musical talents and began to feature him in a host of performance and comedy show cast positions. Soon Fuster was a highly recognized entertainer for Tennessee's #1 tourist attraction entertainment park. He went on to do stand-up comedy, comedy shows as well as musical and street improv comedy at Dollywood for three seasons. While there Fuster became one of the highest profile comedy entertainment characters ever to perform at the famed Smoky Mountain theme park. |

After entertaining up to 20,000 folks a day as well as working with Dolly Parton herself, Fuster became acquainted with Dolly's family members who regularly performed at the park. Dolly's uncle, Bill Owens, who had managed her rise to the top of the country music industry, advised Fuster to go to Nashville as well. After 'Uncle Bill' directed him to Nashville music industry people who could help further his entertainment career, Fuster was subsequently awarded with highest honors and recommendation from Dollywood management before leaving the entertainment park. He then moved on to 'Music City USA'. |
